The Carlmont Varsity Football team fights to restore their glory after struggling the past few seasons. Leading the charge are seniors Johnny Dunne, Keoki Firenze, Sean Chopoff, Daniel Mattioli, and Brian Sagon, a group determined to make the most of their final season together. Each member of the team has put in the work in the offseason and it is now time to showcase their skills.

Kian Bhatt is a senior at Carlmont High School, and this is his second year in Carlmont’s journalism program. Kian plays varsity water polo and also swims for Carlmont. Outside of high school, he enjoys hanging out with friends, hiking, and traveling.

Isabella Rice, Staff Writer
Isabella Rice (class of 2025) is a senior at Carlmont High School and a third-year writer for Scot Scoop. Within the journalism program, she focuses on athletics and often takes photos at sports games or writes match reports. Outside of school, she can be found playing soccer for her club team or Carlmont’s varsity soccer and lacrosse teams.
